Chris will be speaking on the “The Ground Game” – Minerals & Royalties Aggregators Panel the 2020 North America Assembly

Ahead of the North America Assembly, we asked Chris

What is the main misconception about the royalties and minerals market?

There have been some bad actors in this space claiming to be buyers, when in fact they are really brokers with no financial backing. Many mineral and royalty owners have been walked away from on closing day having been various excuses by the broker. Because of this, sellers often have the misconception that actual buyers like ourselves are playing the same game.

During the episode of the Minerals & Royalties Podcast, Chris discusses Bellatorum’s “velocity of capital” approach to portfolio management and how aggregators like themselves bring value to investors & larger end-buyers in the space.
