Council Connect is a service that provides attendees with a prescheduled programme of meetings. This service is provided to show speakers, investors and premium/ lead level sponsors.
As Council shows get larger, we want to ensure you use your time as effectively and efficiently as possible. Prescheduled meetings provide a time and resource efficient way for you to meet possible investors, appraise new opportunities and assess potential partners. The intimate format of meeting 1-2-1 allows for more in-depth conversation and close collaboration.
We don’t leave networking and your time to chance. Using Council Connect, we make introductions to structure and optimize your time on location. We assist our clients before, during and after our events enabling access to good deal flow and potential clients. We spend 365 days a year focused on connecting the energy industry to one another.

Meeting Pods are the only exclusive meeting spaces available at the World Energy Capital Assembly. By hosting a pod you will have a branded private space in the main networking area for your client meetings and a base for your team. You will have full access to your pod for the duration of the assembly and the option to create a formal meetings schedule which will be managed by yourself and your Oil & Gas Council Corporate Development Manager.
