World Energy Capital Assembly

3 – 4 December 2018
Hilton Park Lane, London, UK

EUROPE’S LARGEST GATHERING OF INTERNATIONAL ENERGY EXECUTIVES, INVESTORS AND FINANCIERS

What is World Energy Capital Assembly?

The show started as a simple idea in 2008: Let’s connect energy investors and finance professionals with the oil and gas industry. It seemed to resonate. The World Energy Capital Assembly, now in its 10th year, has grown to be the anchor event on the industry calendar. It provides unrivalled access to what is now the world’s most influential network of senior executives from across the energy, finance and investment worlds. With over 1000 members expected to join us in 2018 from more than 40 countries, we will wrap up the year that was, and consider what is around the corner in 2019 and beyond.

The 10th World Energy Capital Assembly will be held 3 – 4 December at the Hilton Park Lane in London. Expect to hear insights into emerging and re-emerging energy investment opportunities, review deals done in 2018 and chart E&P activity across the year. Hear inspirational discussions around new energy strategies and regional hot spots. A new format and venue will enable increased customisation of content and more time for you to network with those that matter to you at one of our networking breaks, pre-arranged one-to-one meetings, private dinners and drinks receptions.

Closing two packed days, the largest energy Awards Dinner in Europe offers the ideal setting for networking with contacts old and new, whilst celebrating the industry’s achievements in the most glamorous of settings.

Our extensive rich media options allow us to customize each engagement strategy. We focus exclusively on our members, to deliver real-life examples & intelligence into how the market is evolving. Learn more.

Oil and Gas giants have already crossed the Rubicon into power markets. Each month we track their investments into the future converged energy world.

Observers of the global boom in natural gas production over the last couple of years will remember it wasn’t so long ago that the term “LNG Glut” was being touted ominously at large energy industry gatherings around the world.

Today we have the luxury of choosing between several direct and indirect viable energy sources. The decisive question we always face is “what is the optimal energy mix”?

When we talk about energy transition, what we are really talking about is a shift from a central energy supply (largely from fossil fuels), to a decentralised distribution model underpinned by technology.
