2014 - Present              Williams Energy de México: Vice President,                                                            Houston, TX

A major mid-stream provider serving the North American oil and gas market.  A major owner and operator of oil and gas production, gas gathering, oil and gas transport, and gas processing infrastructure.

 

Responsibilities: Establish and lead Williams’ presence in Mexico.  Liaise with key market participants, including Pemex, CFE and major international participants. Identify, develop, and oversee large scale capital projects.  Develop and maintain local partnerships and corporate alliances. 

 

2010 - 2014                  Wison Offshore & Marine: Executive Vice President                                           Houston, TX

A Chinese engineering and construction company focused on delivery of floating production units, floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) vessels, floating LNG systems, fixed platforms, production modules, and offshore support vessels.     

 

Responsibilities: Led Wison Offshore & Marine’s business development organization.  Oversaw project development opportunities for the North American, South American, and European markets.  Developed and maintained strategic partnerships and corporate alliances.  Developed and maintained senior client accounts.

 

2008 - 2009                  Katzenbach Partners: Senior Engagement Manager                                            Houston, TX

A management consulting company focused on enabling client break-through performance through strategy, organizational, and operational design. 

 

Responsibilities: Created and developed the firm’s energy and construction consulting practice. 

 

2005 - 2008                  SBM Atlantia: Project and Product Development Manager                               Houston, TX

An SBM Offshore Group Company focused on world-wide leasing and delivery of tension leg platforms (TLPs), drilling and production semi-submersibles, and FPSO vessels. 

 

Responsibilities: Led SBM Atlantia’s project acquisition and product development organization.  Co-led the commercial and contractual process for the Murphy Thunderhawk semi-submersible project ($400 Million USD). Led the development of SBM Atlantia’s Gulf of Mexico FPSO program.  Led the development of SBM Atlantia’s Fourstar TLP and its subsequent qualification with Petrobras.

Responsibilities: Led day-to-day company operations.  Oversaw the development of the Murphy Frontrunner and Medusa Spar projects. Advised J. Ray McDermott executive management on issues related to corporate strategy, including joint ventures and other third party relationships. Set yearly and quarterly marketing and business planning objectives.  Oversaw project planning and pricing decisions.
